A true disappointment to faithful JCB buyers
"I have been using JCB for years now, and it's always been an favorite of mine. However, upon smelling this fragrance mist in stores, I was horribly disappointed. This new fragrance mist smells NOTHING like the lotion, body cream, shower gel, perfume, etc... There's nothing warm or sexy about this scent: it's just off, and seemingly more alcohol-y and generic. The new packaging is beautiful, but BBW needs to bring back the old formula!"

Smells like my mom :'(
"I will admit i only bought this scent because it smells like a perfume my mom likes, and it reminds me of her.
I had to leave my country and family because i got married and i miss them so much.

I think its a very grown up scent, not something for young ppl, i dont think i will use this fragrance any time soon, it was just the smell reminded me of my mom so i had to buy it lol."

Overused
"I feel like a lot of people use this scent. It seems overused, and therefore not as unique. The scent is too strong for me, kind of reminds me of tuberose and could induce headaches if you're sensitive. It is elegant, if that is what you're into, but it could be overwhelming for some people you encounter. I would say this is one to use very sparingly."

Like it, but the "after" scent, not so much
"I am HUGE fan of the japanese cherry blossom, I have everything in this scent, but not a big fan of the fragrance mist. I find it to be nice, but the fragrance smells a little too much like alcohol. I do use it as a layering, but I don't indulge in it because it just doesn't smell like JCP the way I am used to. I still would recommend it, but I would go light on it."

Smells like Floral Sweat??? xD
"I just don't like this. My mom used to use this ALL the time untill I asked her to please stop because it gave me a headache and reminded me of sweat mixed with perfume.
I actually liked this stuff at first but then the more I was around the scent the more I recognized it doesnt smell that "lovely"... I'm quite surprised actually that this is supposedly one of B&BW top fragrances. LOL"

Lost in translation
"Something in JCB's fine fragrance mist doesn't translate. The lotion and body creams smells fabulicious, but it is somewhat soapy and old-smelling in mist form.
Perhaps this one needs a do-over. New formula, mmkay?"

"Based on all the great reviews I decided I just had to try this. Oh no no no it smelled like cheap hand soap. Not cherry, not flowers, just soapy soap. I would not want to smell like this."

Better than a trip to Japan

Please bring back the original!!!
"I was willing to give this new "fine fragrance" mist (at a higher price) a try after discovering that the original body spray was no longer available. It smells odd when first sprayed and you have to really pump the spray top to get it to work properly. I also hate that you can no longer remove the top to get the last bit out of the bottom or to refill the travel size bottle. I will reapply once or twice during the day, using my stash of the original body spray in the travel size bottle, as the fine fragrance product doesn't last through the morning, When you compare the two products, there is definitely something "off" about the fine fragrance version. In desperation, I purchased the perfume version which is so much better but pricey. I love this scent but I will not be buying any more of the fine fragrance mist. Bath and Body Works, please listen to your customers and bring back the original body spray!!!"

"If you're looking for a light, girly scent then Japanese Cherry Blossom is NOT for you. It's rich, and vibrant and strong floral but in a really good way. I picked up six of these sprays, all different scents at the last sale and JCB is simply amazing!! A few sprays of this and you are surrounded in this bright, happy scent.

What did you do???
"OMG!! What did you do to this fragrance??? I have been wearing JCB since it came out & absolutely love it! Now about a month ago I went in & purchased 6 bottles of it on sale as I always stock up whenever I get low on it. The salesclerk showed me how you changed the body mist bottle but that's it. Now I started to use the new bottle & it's awful!!! I'm am so upset with you guys!!!!! It has a smell like self-tanner - it's horrible!!! And it's obviously not just me - read the rest of the reviews on here! You need to change the formula back to the way it was! I am returning my supply & will not be purchasing anything else until I know it's back the way it was. Why would you mess with a good thing?! So disgusted!!!! >:["

"...this is so popular. Sure, it's okay but it's nothing special! It has a very "evening" smell. It's rather intoxicating. I bought this online but ended up giving it away."
