"I was told by multiple people this smelled exactly like pumpkin pie (an all time favorite of mine). I went to the store and tried it and honestly, it smells nothing like pumpkin pie. It smells really spicy and not much pumpkin to me. I've heard in previous years this has smelled better. Bummer. Maybe next fall. :("

Meh...not for pumpkin lovers
"I have to say I LOVE pumpkin. I love Fall period. It's my favorite season ever. Once September hits I'm the first one to run and buy the decorations, and go pumpkin picking, so when I saw this flavor I ran right to my local B&BW. I can't say I wasn't disappointed. It smells nothing like Fall. Or pumpkin. Or even spice. It's light, and flowery. How this passes for a Fall fragrance i really don't know because I'm not smelling it. The lotion actually smelled slightly different from the mist, and was a bit more "pumpkiny" than the mist. So if you're looking for a more pumpkin smell, go with the lotion."

NICE, BUT LIGHT...
"I TESTED THIS FRAGRANCE AND WALKED AROUND THE MALL...BY THE END OF THE DAY, I FELL FOR THE SWEET CINNAMON PUMPKIN SO I WENT BACK AND BOUGHT THE LOTION AND SPRAY. THE SCENT IS RATHER SWEET AND DELICIOUS BUT ITS NOT THE KIND OF FRAGRANCE THAT EVERYONE WOULD LOVE. (SOME PEOPLE DON'T LIKE CINNAMON) IT DOES HAVE A HINT OF APPLE LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE SAID WHICH MAKES IT MORE APPEALNG. WHO REALLY WANTS TO SMELL JUST LIKE A PUMPKIN ANYWAY...THE STAYING POWER KIND OF SUCKS, IT SEEMS STRONG ENOUGH TO LAST BUT ACTUALLY FADES TO A LIGHTER SCENT. EVEN THOUGH I DON'T MIND SPRAYING ON MORE THROUGHOUT THE DAY, I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO SO I GAVE IT 3 STARS...NICE FOR FALL BUT I'LL PROB PUT MY MONEY TOWARDS SOME REAL PERFUME THAT LASTS NEXT TIME."

Sweet and Strong!
"Envision a pot of hot apple cider spiked with copious amounts of sugar and cinnamon. Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin smells exactly like that! If that's the kind of fragrance you're looking for, this would be perfect, but I found it overwhelming. I deducted stars in large part because it seemed strange that a Pumpkin scent would be so dominated by apple-y sweetness."

"so glad they brought this back this year because last year I never got the chance to get this or the body cream because it sold out.. so I made sure to get it exactly went it came out! i adore sweet cinnamon pumpkin!!!!! i love fall scents but when i first tryed this out last year i was worried it would smell like pumpkin pie or some candle because to me those kind of scents are not very wearable, i dont want to walk around smelling like a candle or some food.. thats just a bit odd to me. but then i gave it a shot. so glad i did! its amazing :D its perfect for fall but i tend to wear it year round just because i love it that much haha in my opinion this smells... sweet/floral but with a cinnamon pumpkin fall twist to it making it a wearable scent that you could probably get away with wearing any time of the year lol. i wont ever get sick of this scent. its honestly my all time favorite from B&BW! 1.Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin 2. Paris Amour 3. Twilight Woods 4. Be Enchanted 5. Pink Chiffon"

Yummy!
"I love this scent! it is perfect for fall. It smells spicy, sweet and lasts for quite a while.
I don't only spray this on my skin, but also a little on my hair. I use hot tools a lot on my (sadly damaged) hair, and it helps to cover the flat-iron/curling-iron smell."

Not a fan.
"I find this doesn't smell like fall or anything I was expecting.
I was expecting almost a pumpkin pie scent but in reality it smelled very strong of booze, which is funny after coming here since it says there is a smell of rum to this spray - well it is a VERY strong smell of booze.

Hello fall!!
"I picked this up last year at the very end of the season as it was transitioning from fall to winter and I fell in love. Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin was just lovely and pleasing to the senses. On me, I smell cinnamon, vanilla and something fruity though I can't decide if it's pumpkin or apple i'm smelling. Maybe both. Either way, it is just so warm and inviting and says FALL FALL FALL! I usually use Twilight Woods for fall but found myself getting slightly bored with the same scent and wanting another option. Luckily, now that I found SCP I have another fabulous scent that will help me get through fall until I can start using Winter Candy Apple (yum)! Also, I have found the you can mix TW and SCP products and create yet another delicious scent. Enjoy!"

had to get it!
"I bought the lotion in this scent last year and whenever I used it at work I got compliments about how good it smelled....this year I went to repurchase the lotion decided on a whim to give the FFM a try in the store. Well...I had to get it. It smells sooo good. I pick up the subtle pumpkin and cinnamon scent, but can also smell floral in it, which appeals to me as I am not a huge fan of food scented body products. This is my absolute favorite fall scent...I am going back to purchase another ritual so I am sure not to run out. Wait til the girls smell me at work this fall :)"

LOVE IT! FALL FAVE!
"My favorite season of the year hands down is Fall not just because fashion is at its best but the scents are at their best too! This is my fave fall scent of all time. I went in to buy wallflowers this morning and sprayed some of this on my arm before i walked out. Got home and realized i need this in my life. Went back 2 hours later and purchased the lotion and body spray. Sorta bummed they didnt have the wallflower but i purchased the scentport. YES I AM in LOVE!! Its a fresh scent it is not overwhelmingly sweet and it gives you a fresh just got out the shower feel! Adore it and i will be back for more ;)"

LOVE
"This is hands down my fav scent for the Fall season. It is an extremely fresh smelling fragrance, it smells like those first few days of Fall, when the air gains a crispness and you can SMELL fall trading places with summer. There is a pumpkin scent to this but it is in no way spicy nor do I really get much cinnamon from it. It literally smells like a pumpkin being carved, fresh pumpkin and I detect a tiny touch of apple and maybe rum. This scent makes me think of hayrides, apple orchards, pumpkin patches and crunching through fallen leaves. Every now and then, when summer is too hot and I want to feel a little fall, I get this fragrance out and it instantly evokes feelings of autumn. A must own for lovers of the season."

Wow!
"I was very surprised by this scent. Really does not smell like you're typical sweet spice pumpkin smell. This scent is just a hint of pumpkin ( fresh not cooked and sugared) with almost floral type thrown in then an underlying of slight spice. Very interesting and absolutely wearable!"

Not any better then the lotion
"Out off the notes that is in this spray the only note I could pick up on was ALCOHOL ALCOHOL, and ALCOHOL. At first spray that was all I could smell until the alcohol dried down it then became a really bland smell just like the lotion because there is to many notes going on this spray. You got ginger, the pumpkin, apple, rum (rum?), fruity (why is it fruity? Its suppose to be fall scent) jasmine, sandalwood and then amber.
Okay, one or more of those notes are fighting each other and it is NOT making a great combo, this spray is suppose to smell like a sweet pumpkin why is rum, ginger, gingerbread, and apple AND jasmine in this spray? It should have been kept simple: Cinnamon spice, fresh pumpkin , and the vanilla spice. Maybe use Creamy Pumpkin as a dry down note, but everything else needs to be taken out. I still love Bath and Body works and still looking forward to the rest of the fall scents but this is pretty much crossed off the list."

"A warm, sweet pumpkin pie scent. It's actually more of a cinammon-y scent. If you love the candle and want to buy it because of that, smell the lotion/mist first. The scents are definitely, definitely different."
