Perfection in a bottle!
"This is by far my favorite soap this season! Such a fresh, clean, fruity scent without being sickeningly sweet. Please, please make a candle and wallflower in this fragrance!!!! It is a little reminiscent of Winter Candy Apple, so if you enjoy that fragrance, you surely will like this one too. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed."

Artificial cherries
"Straight out of the bottle all I smell is an overwhelming fake cherry smell, much like cough syrup. When I added water washing my hands more of the musky and berry notes came out, but it still smells sickeningly like artificial cherry. I would really love it if they tried this again but with a softer real black cherry note, less or no musk, and a stronger wine and plum notes. That sounds so delicious. This however missed the mark and will be going back."

Love it!
"It took a while for my husband and I to figure out exactly what the Black Cherry Merlot smelled like... then it finally hit it us! It smells like Juicy Juice Cherry Juice. A sophisticated version of a fruity cherry beverage! Love it!"

Good Enough to Drink
"This smell is good enough to drink in, but just through your nose! As you inhale the delightful aroma it stimulates your senses. A great soap to have in a private bath, as it is not one you will want to share! Wish that there were more options to add to this, as a bubble bath or shower gel would be ideal for ladies everywhere to relax and enjoy the sensation of a nice wine without the alcohol content."

One of the BEST scents!
"I couldn't get enough of this in the store, so I knew I had to have it for my home! It makes hand washing a real treat with it's juicy berry mixed with a spicy merlot. Simply put, it's truly delectable!"

Meh
"I got really excited when I saw this, but I smelled it in the store and was really put off by it. I think maybe the merlot "wine" note translated into a "medicine" scent to me, especially when paired with a cherry scent. Maybe this dries down into a nice black cherry scent, but I couldn't get past being reminded of an old cough syrup I used to take as a child. I'll have to pass on this one :/"
