great scent...lousy performance
"I purchased three 3-Wick Candles in various scents. All of the scents were wonderful...but the candles themselves were quite poor in quality. The wicks on all 3 candles would get drowned out by the melted wax...making the candle smoke and stink! And on all 3 candles the wicks burned away before the candles were used up. Very poor quality...very poor value.
Very disappointed. I WON'T be purchasing any of these 3-Wick candles again."

"It smells JUST like a christmas tree - need I say more? ;) But seriously, I loved burning this around christmas since we use an artificial tree. We still get that fresh xmas tree smell!"

Its ok
"I love this scent, but my mother hates it... It smells like you are taking a walk in a pine forest after it has snowed... But when i opened this candle and let my mom smell it she said it smelled like wet tree, after i let it burn for about 1 hour she said it smelled like a moldy tree? I personally like the scent it gives off, but i guess other people aren't fans?"

Love it
"Great scent with a great throw. Even though the scent is strong, it is not overwhelming. Burns well also. Doesn't burn too fast like some others I have had."

Cozy Comfort!
"I had purchased one of the smaller Fresh Balsam candles and knew I would HAVE to order the larger size as well! I have the last little bit of the small one on my desk at work and even without lighting it the soft pine scent (which is very close to a fresh cut Christmas tree) soothes and relaxes me thru the day. I want the large one to last for the Winter months so only burn the larger about 10 minutes and the smell seems to last very well leaving a cozy feeling of living in a cabin in the woods right here in the city! This is one scent I hope they continue to sell for a very long time. The price and the nice jar it arrives in were well worth the purchase."

White Barn VS Slatkin
"I LOVE the Fresh Balsam candle, BUT I have noticed that there are two completely different Fresh Balsam candles. I ordered 4 of these for use during the holidays. Since I can't have a real tree, I love the smell of the fresh balsam. When delivered, I noticed that two of the Fresh Balsam were green and two were white. They both said Fresh Balsam on the label, but were made by two different companies. The green ones were made by White Barn and they smell wonderful. They have great burning wicks and fill the whole house with a wonderful balsam smell. The white ones were made by Slatkin. They have wicks that tend to go out, and the only thing I can smell when they are burning is burning wax! This has been my experience with most of the Slatkin candles. Bath & Body Works, please stop trying to save $ and give your customers what they want or you will lose many of them. Slatkin is not living up to your standards of quality!"

Winter Classic

Wonderful Scent
"This candle has a nice fresh scent, almost as good as the fresh bamboo!! The throw is amazing!
My area that I burn candles in, is about 30x40 and it fills up the space nicely. Just one candle!!
My husband likes it and have received many compliments!! Not too evergreen smelling, just clean scent.
It burns great, I leave it burning for 6-8 hours per day and so far, I have burned it 5 days straight and still have 1/4 candle left.
YOU WILL LOVE THIS ONE!!"

Love the smell
"I was looking for something that both my husband and myself would enjoy. I usually go for sweet "girly" smells. I saw this candle had great reviews online and took a chance on it. When it arrived I was a little hesitant but that quickly changed after we lit it! I love love love the smell. It does burn rather fast which is upsetting. I am going to buy two more while they are on sale."

"Outstanding performance and excellent throw!
I agree that the candle burns a little more quickly than before, but I always purchase my candles on sale, so I am willing to give up some burn time for great throw and no hassle performance.

Excellent Throw, POOR BURN TIME
"My boyfriend and I LOVED the scent of this candle. It has an EXCELLENT throw. It filled up our living room nicely...BUT I noticed from the first time I lit this candle that it has an awful burn time. I wanted to burn it all the time, but got "stingy" with it because I noticed that it wasn't lasting nearly as long as other candles I have ordered. This made me sad =( because it was truly my favorite scent for the season and wish it would have lasted longer. Due to the burn time, I am hesitant to purchase it again."

Best Balsam
"This candle was wonderful! Smells great if you love the pine tree woodsy fragrance, especially around the wintertime. It makes you feel like you are out there picking out a fresh Christmas tree! I have to agree with other candle buyers that it does burn real fast! I would buy again for sure,however not in the big jars."

What took me so long.....
"To discover the absolute perfection of this candle. It couldn't be more perfect. I have 2 of these on warmers (because I read the reviews about burn time) in my great room with my artificial Christmas tree and I feel like I'm surrounded by fresh balsam. Omgoodness, this comes highly recommended. The throw is the BEST of all the BBW candles I've tried so far."

These burn maybe a little over 20 hours. 30-45 hours is an exaggeration. BBW, wish you would make these 1 or 2 wick so they last longer. But I guess you just want us to buy more more more! Only when on sale are these a good deal in my opinion..."

One of my favorities, but...
"I really like this candle, the smell is amazing! However, it is burning really fast and the wicks get huge on it when it burns for longer than an hour. This is one candle that I wish would burn slower. At this rate the 3 wick will be gone before the 2 mini's that I have to go with it."

I'm sooooo glad I bought this!
"I looooooooove this candle!!! The smell of a fresh cut Pine has been perfectly captured in one little jar. I'm amazed that my home smells like I have a real Christmas tree standing in the middle of my living room! This is by far, the best pine candle that I have ever smelled. It's almost magical!"
