buyer beware
"I would suggest to all who have re-ordered this to open the packaging and measure the amount that is actually inside. You may be surprised by what you find, as I was after reading these reviews about smaller amounts and curiosity got to me, needless to say after this review I'm on my way to the store and will never support or promote this product again!"

Not sure about product
"I overall like Wexler products although I can't say that I see incredible results from any of them. And with this product, I'm not sure if and what this product does for my skin. I know that the exfolliant (step 1) works nicely, but I can't say that I put the hydrator on my skin and notice results, making me wonder how much is hype. I see that the other reviewers like the product but don't like the packaging. I agree with them wholeheartedly about the packaging. I find it very frustrating that you can't see the product to know how much you're getting for what you spend or how much you have left as you use it. I do not use the quarter size dollop as suggested - I use much less as a smaller amount covers my face, but I also find that if runs out before the exfolliant does. So something is definitely wrong with the amount given per package. Yes, I hope that Wexler is paying attention to these reviews."

Pump Issues
"I have been using this product for years. I was pleased when they put the two step resurfacing products into two packages however 3 of the last 4 Step 2: Intensive Hydrator hasn't worked. When I exchanged the last one I tried the pump before leaving the store and the first one I tried didn't work. I've seen the comments regarding the amount of product and wonder if it might be faulty packaging that it isn't allowing all of the product to come out. They've been out of stock for a while now and I'm hoping they are working on a better bottle."

Alteration of product
"I have been using Wexler products for about 8 years now and I, too, have found that the amount of hydrator per container is too little. I just received my order a couple weeks ago and I need to reorder as I have enuf product for 1-2 days. I was shocked. For the price there should be more product."

Downsizing the already small amt of product
"I realize I am echoing the previous complaints but I have a serious concern with what is happening with this product. There has always been a relatively small amount of Hydrator provided in this package, but I have continued to buy and use it for many years. I'm noticing now, however, it is all used up in a significantly shorter period of time despite me only using a single pump daily. It's happened with my last 2 purchases and I'm finding it hard to believe that I'm getting the full (scanty) amount that the package claims. Is anyone else noticing this? The package makes it impossible to actually see how much we're getting - I'm feeling cheated here.
Wexler are you paying attention to this?

Intensive Hydrator
"I have been using Wexler's products for many years now. I have only one complaint about a certain product. The container of the Intensive Hydrator is just to small their is not enough Hydrator! I have talked to Sales Lady's and they agree with me and has told me maybe I should write and express my wishes to them that they need to sell the Intensive Hydrator in a lager amounts in a larger container. Their is just not enough product in this size of bottle which is 0.5 size. You just run out of it to fast and I use this product as instructed but the bottle just runs out to quickly. PLEASE! Somebody listen to us!! I see I am not the only one that thinks that they need to sell more amounts in one bottle. To sell such a small amount for a expensive cost to us is outrageous. Please replace the Intensive Hydrator in a lager amount and reprice it due to a better cost effective price. Thank you...hope someone is reading these post from Wexler and is taking us seriously about this problem."
