Not a Fan
"To me this soap smells like kool-aid. I don't smell vanilla in it at all. I was expecting a much warmer scent."

Sophisticated Scent
"This fragrance is so grown-up and sophisticated! I love BBW hand soaps, they are the only ones I buy for the house, but sometimes they can be a bit one-dimensional or boring...not this one! This has a gorgeous berry top note and the vanilla that follows is creamy and subtle and has almost a cosmetic-smell quality to it. Sounds weird I know, but it's actually fantastic! Glad I gave this a try."

Very Disappointing
"I just don't understand why products have to be arbitrarily changed. The classic version was so fragrant and nice that there was absolutely no reason to alter it. I just began using the new version and I don't know if it's a fluke, but the foam is so watery it runs off my hands almost before I can use it. Please bring back the classic version. Newer isn't always better."

What a disappointment!
"Unlike the fantastic warm vanilla and tropical passionfruit foaming sanitizers, this fails horribly. The scent is not very appealing. I will never buy this one again."

"Black raspberry vanilla is nice because it's not overly strong and leaves your hands lightly scented for some time after washing. The formula is great, not drying at all."

All time favorite product and scent
"I love this scent better than any you sell. I am SO DISAPPOINTED it is out of stock on line and my store has stopped carrying it in the foaming soap. Please, please, please bring this scent back and put it in your stores!
To the reviewer who made a comment that it was time to retire this scent, if it is not your choice don't buy it but stop making such remarks because this is a favorite of many others!"

My store quit carying this scent
"For several years now I have been purchasing the Black Rasberry Vinilla Foam soap for myself and my friends. It makes a great gift and everyone that uses it loves it. 2 years ago my store in Kokomo, IN quit stocking it and said that it was no longer available. I then found out that some stores still stock it. Because of that I do not buy anything at that store anymore. I do not like the sour fragrances that they seem to want to sell. I hope that this fragrance is not discountinued. I believe it is the best one that you have."

go back to old bottles
"I love the foaming soaps our favorite is Black Rasbery Vanilla and Lime Basil BUT the new bottles are not so good---- foam does not squirt out as well. I have had trouble with every bottle I have ordered. LOVE the product not the packaging!"

Love the Fragrance
"This is my favorite hand soap fragrance by far and I love the foamy soap while being antibacterial at the same time!! But I want it back in the stores -- why discontinue such a great fragrance???
I also agree with another customer -- the old bottle/pump design worked much better!! This pump does stick quite frequently!!"

Go Back to the Old Formula Soaps
"I love the smell of berries and vanilla mixed together and I love the feeling of the foam on my hands when I wash them. I wish you would not have discontinued this scent and I like the old bottles better. These new bottles do not pump good, the pump gets stuck and pumps out water instead of foam."
