"Once again, I have been impressed by a Warm Vanilla Sugar product! On top of being one of my favorite scents from Bath & Body Works, the soap also foams well, gets rid of any gross smells, and the scent lasts a long time! Also, if the men of the house don't want to smell sweet and girly, this is a great scent because it's pretty unisex in soap form."

Best for sensitive skin
"I have sensitive skin that reacts to anything with a fragrance. Warm vanilla sugar is the only hand soap I can use consistently at home that does not irritate my skin. Please don't ever discontinue!"

Classic Vanilla Fragrance
"When looking for that perfect vanilla scented soap, B&BW has nailed that warm vanilla scent head on. This is one of their scents that I hope they never discontinue. It is perfect for fall right now, cause of it's warm and comforting scent. Many companies have tried to duplicate B&BW Warm Vanilla Sugar and have failed miserably!
Everyone in our household loves this scent. This is one scent that won't cause a migraine flare up for me. I hope B&BW never discontinues this classic scent (and would love it if they could bring back some of their original scents in hand soaps, like Sweet Pea, Pear Berry and Brown Sugar Fig!)"

my husband's favorite!
"my husband is super picky about scents and cannot stand strong smells so when I put this one into the bathroom, he keps smelling his hands and saying "get this one all the time!" he felt this way about the cinnamon heaven one too. It is a subtle smell but definitely there and works very well to clean your hands while not drying them out. I just love the foam too!"

"I too have purchased the Warm Vanilla Sugar for years & loved it but i also noticed after the packaging change that the sent has chanced too. Its ok, its just not as good as it was before the change. If its not broke, don't fix it!!!"

Smell change
"I have been using the scent Warm Vanilla Sugar for YEARS! I had everything Warm Vanilla Sugar...but last year they changed the formula and it smells all wrong now. The soap is NOT the same. I don't care for the scent anymore. Even the lotion smells more like a candle now. I am super BUMMED!! I even wrote the company about it, but I assume they will not be changing it back. It's too bad. :("

Not the same
"My sister bought me 3 botles of this hand soap two years ago and I fell in love with the rich lather and the scent, which lingered after washing my hands for some time. It was a mildly strong scent, which I really liked.
So, when my supply ran out, I ordered more. When they arrived and I unpacked them, I noticed they didn't look the same as the ones I'd had before. The Warm Vanilla Sugar foaming soap my sister had given me was s shimmery, off-white color. The soap inside had been thick and creamy. I loved the foam this formulation of the soap made, because it retained the rich and creamy feel of the soap inside, as well as the strong scent, which was easy to smell as I washed my hands and lingered in the air for some time afterwards.
The soap in the new bottles was brown in color and, when I opened the bottle, the soap was thinner and not as strongly scented as I had been expecting. It was clear that B&BW had reformulated the soap - probably to save money on production - but my opinion is that, in doing this, they sacrificed the very qualities I loved about the soap. It doesn't moisturize as well as it used to - if fact, I find it drying; it doesn't smell like it used to - to catch a whiff of the scent now, I have to put my lathered hands up under my nose. The scent is so watered down that it doesn't float up from the sink to my nose any more, nor does it linger in the air when I'm finished washing my hands.
I am so disappointed in the changes they've made that I won't be ordering it any longer from B&BW. I love the soap they USED to make and if they ever decide to bring back the old formula, I'll be the first in line to buy some more."

Great Scent
"Although it"s not my favorite, my daughter LOVES IT!

Disappointed
"I was out of hand soap for the bathrooms. Usually I buy a bunch of these at a time, but only bought one this time because I walked to the store and didn't want to carry 20 bottles back. I am thankful for that, because these new bottles, or the new formula, or the combination thereof are terrible! I thought I was just being picky, but I see that I am not the only reviewer who thinks this. As one other reviewer pointed out, it seems they are designed to use more soap with each pump. The soap comes out runny, rather than a nice fluffy foam like before. After about 7 years of using Bath and Body Works, I will now be on the search for a good quality foaming hand soap, because apparently this soap no longer fits this description."

Too Sweet and Disfunctional
"I normally enjoy vanilla scents, so I thought it would be nice for a soap. I was so wrong. I washed my hands, and this terrible sickly sweet scent lingered on my hands for what seemed like an eternity. I eventually had to use a different soap to try and wash it out.
This particular bottle had issues with the pumps as well. A pity because I actually really do enjoy the new foaming hand soap formula. I'll stick to Deep Cleansing till the issue is fixed."

Very disappointed!
"I too am very dissapointed with the new and improved Warm Vanilla Sugar. I agree that the pumps do not properly work and when they do, they shoot soap either on you or elsewhere. I heard the rumors that the soap had changed, but was very pleased with this soap for YEARS!!!! So, I did buy the normal 30 that I usually do and now, I too have to say that I am more than likely going to have to find a different soap to purchase for my Kitchen and bathrooms. Please Bath n' Body change the soap back to the old formula. This WAS my favorite soap and now I have no reason to really shop at Bath and Body anymore. When you cheapen the product; you also CHEAPEN the store name "BATH N' BODY". Let's hope it's not to LATE for a reversal on the formula.

Why the change?
"I would have to agree with the other reviewers. Why change a product that was excellent in the past? The pump sticks all the time and when product does come out, half the time it is on me and my counters. Plus it's so much thinner than before, not really a foaming hand soap anymore. I used to buy tons of these soaps and will not purchase them any longer unless the problems are corrected."

Very Disappointed
"Please return to the old formula and dispenser of this product. The scent has changed, the dispenser gets stuck all the time, and the "foam" is a sloppy mess that shoots out across my sink! The original Warm Vanilla Sugar is the only scent I really like. It is obvious the redesign is meant to use up more of the product more quickly. If you continue to sell this version of the product I will definitely not buy it again. This is one of several product and price changes you have made in the last year or so that I am unhappy with. You are driving a long-time, loyal customer away from your store by doing this!"
